Amy's Facial SPA

Privacypolicy.

Amy's Facial SPA operates treatment studios in Austin, Las Vegas, San Antonio and California. This page explains what we collect when you call us or browse these pages, what we do with it, and how you can have it changed or removed.

  1. 01

    What we collect

Information you give us on the phone. When you call a studio we note your name, the number you are calling from, and anything you choose to tell us — the skin concerns you mention, the treatments you ask about, the time that suits you.

Your treatment record. Your esthetician keeps notes on the treatments you have had, the products your skin responded to, and the preferences you mention, so the next visit continues where the last one finished.

Visit information. When you browse these pages we may record the pages you view, the device and browser type you use, an approximate region, and the site that referred you here.

Call details. Our phone system logs the number calling, the date and time, the duration, and — where you agree to it — a recording of the conversation.

  2. 02

    How we use it

To answer your call, find you a time, and match you with the right esthetician.

To prepare for your visit and deliver your treatment safely and consistently.

To follow up on a question, confirm or change an appointment, and send a reminder you asked for.

To keep the treatment record that makes your next visit better than your last.

To understand which pages and treatments people actually look at, and to keep our websites working and secure.

To meet our own legal, tax and record-keeping obligations.

  3. 03

    Cookies and similar tools

Our pages use a small number of cookies and similar technologies: the essentials that make the site work, and lightweight analytics that tell us which pages people reach and which they leave.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Doing so will not stop you from calling a studio, though some pages may behave differently.

We do not run advertising trackers or sell browsing data to ad networks.

  4. 04

    Who sees it

The people at the studio you call, and the esthetician who treats you.

A short list of service providers who operate our phone system, hosting, scheduling and website analytics on our terms — they act on our instructions and may not use your information for anything else.

Authorities or advisers where we are required by law, or where disclosure is genuinely necessary to protect someone's rights or safety.

We do not sell or share your information for advertising purposes.

  5. 05

    How long we keep it

Treatment records are kept while you remain a client, and afterwards for the period our professional and legal obligations require.

Call recordings are kept only as long as needed for training and quality, then deleted.

Website analytics are reviewed in aggregate and are not held against your identity for longer than necessary.

  6. 06

    Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for anything inaccurate to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted where we are not required to keep it.

You can ask us to stop using your information for anything that is not essential to treating you, and you can opt out of any future messaging we might send.

If you live in California, you have the additional rights the state gives you, including the right to know what we collect and the right not to be treated differently for exercising them. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising.

To make a request, call the studio in your city. We verify it is you before we answer, and we aim to respond within 45 days.

  7. 07

    How we protect it

We keep records behind access controls, share them only with the people who need them, and review the tools we use regularly.

No method of contact is perfectly private — a phone call in particular is not encrypted end to end — so please avoid reading out anything you would not want on a treatment card.

  8. 08

    Children

Our studios are booked by adults and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under eighteen. If you believe a child has given us information, call us and we will remove it.

  9. 09

    Changes to this page

If this policy changes, the revised version appears here with a new date at the top of the page. Material changes will be noted on the studio pages.
